| It may be a good idea to review your insurance to make sure that your policies are providing you with the right amount of liability coverage for your individual needs. There is a law in the state of Wisconsin that states a person may be liable for a minimum payment of $350,000 to the survivors of an adult victim or $500,000 to survivors if the victim is a child. It may be a good idea to consider increasing your liabilities on your auto and/or home. Sometimes the cost to do this is minimal compared to the extra coverage you would be getting.
