Carol has been integral to our company’s success. She’s become a familiar, friendly voice on the phone for so many of our clients thanks to her long history at Smith & Hatch. Carol holds an associate’s degree in accounting from Moraine Park Technical College.

Carol lives in the Village of Eden with her husband Duane and their two boys, Kyle and Kody. She enjoys camping, going to Milwaukee Brewers games, watching the kids play sports and spending time with family.
